The Award-winning Wool Tower is a unique wedding venue set within Raceview Mill, Broughshane

The Award-winning Wool Tower is quite a unique wedding venue.

Renovated within a 200-year-old building that has vaulted red brick ceilings, old timber trusses, with stunning quarry stone flooring.

In 1806 John Harrison established a bleach green on the Raceview Road in Broughshane, Ballymena. This was converted to a flax spinning mill in 1832.

In 1893 under the ownership of J.K Wilson it became Raceview Woollen Mill. After that Patton’s construction company & now, it’s under the name Raceview Mill.

As residents in Raceview Mill, Slemish Design Studio Architects have had a lot of hands-on work around the complex, from working on the local gym, the enterprise units, to our very own renovated architect’s office.

We are pleased to be involved with the vision that our landlords have had from the beginning and look forward to many more years ahead.
