We are looking for an Experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our busy, vibrant, practice in Ballymena.

The ideal candidate will work on a variety of projects and work stages from scheme and planning to technical drawings.
Our projects are extremely varied working on residential new builds/extensions, through to commercial and housing developments.

This position is perfect for someone who works well within a team but also can prioritise and manage their workload independently.

Key Responsibilities:

* To assist in the design and development of projects from the feasibility stage through to completion.
* To work closely with all in-house disciplines, site teams and external consultants.
* To prepare planning, technical and detailed drawings.

Key Requirements:

* Knowledge of producing working technical drawings and specifications.
* Hardworking with an eye for detail.
* Knowledge of technical legislation including current Building Regulations.
* Proficient in AutoCAD.
* Proficient in Sketchup.
* Strong problem solver and communicator.
* Work efficiently as part of a team.
