Bigger and better – The Corner Bakery at the heart of town and the community

We are pleased to have made the planning application for The Corner Bakery in Ballymena.
Established 8 years ago on Ballymoney Street, owner Peter Nixon is looking to extend into Greenvale Street.

For almost eight years, The Corner Bakery has enjoyed developing his business, watching it grow from strength to strength, while building relationships with the many customers he sees as friends. Never content to settle for average, owner Peter loves to use his creativity to bring better to the people of Ballymena.

This will add additional seating inside as well as the option for more outside seating when the weather permits.

Owner Peter Nixon added:

“This is something I have planned and thought about for quite a while, and now feels like the perfect time to put everything into practice!

“The staff and I love what we do – we love all of our regulars, and this will enable us to welcome more people through our doors.”
