The Wool Tower Raceview Mill Broughshane, Ballymena

The Wool Tower is quite a unique wedding venue.

Set within Raceview Mill, Broughshane, Ballymena this wool tower has been brought back to lift by the current owners.
Renovated within a 200-year-old building that has vaulted brick ceilings, old timber trusses, with quarrystone flooring, this is a unique wedding & market venue. In 1806 John Harrison established a bleach green on the Raceview Road in Broughshane.
This converted to a flax spinning mill in 1832. In 1893 under the ownership of J.K Wilson it became Raceview Woollen Mill.
After that construction company & now, it’s under the name Raceview Mill. As resident architects, Slemish Design Studio had a lot of hands on work around raceview mill, with working on the wool tower, 2 gyms, the enterprise units, to our very own architects office.
This has been a great experience that can only keep getting better for all those involved in the local community & beyond
